With over 25 years of experience in the recruitment industry, I have gained a deep understanding of the varying needs of clients and candidates across a wide range of sectors, from warehouse to executive search.
Throughout my career, I have developed a professional DNA partnership with both clients and candidates, striving to provide the highest quality of service possible. I am a firm believer in building lasting relationships with both parties, working closely with them to fully understand their needs and objectives.
My passion for the recruitment industry lies in the satisfaction of delivering results and exceeding expectations. I take pride in my ability to follow through on my commitments and deliver on my promises, ensuring that my clients and candidates receive the best possible service.

With over 20 years in the recruitment industry, I’ve been fortunate to work across a broad spectrum of organisations — from global corporations and independent agencies to start-ups and niche consultancies. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of collaborating with some truly inspiring CEOs and senior leaders, which has shaped my approach and commitment to delivering real, long-term value through recruitment.
For the past 10+ years, my focus has been within the Medical Devices and Life Sciences sector in the UK, US, and across Europe — an industry where the work we do as recruiters directly contributes to improving patient outcomes and saving lives. I’ve worked closely with start-ups and SMEs, where the impact of hiring the right individual can be truly transformative.
To me, recruitment is a privilege, not just a process. Done well, it’s about giving clients back precious time, solving problems, and embedding yourself within their business to truly understand their culture, pain points, and ambitions. It’s about acting as an ambassador for your client’s brand, representing them with integrity in the marketplace, and bringing forward candidates who align not only in skillset, but in mindset and values.
That’s why I’ve built a consultative, quality-driven approach that puts people first. I work differently from mainstream agencies — with honesty, trust, integrity, collaboration, and transparency at the heart of everything I do.
